ชุดคอนโทรลเลอร์ Pro Scan lll เป็นชุดกล่องที่ใช้ในการควบคุมมอเตอร์เพื่อควบคุมการเคลื่อนที่ Stage อย่างอัตโนมัติได้ทั้งแกน X, Y และ Z ได้อย่างแม่นยำและรวดเร็ว รองรับการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ผ่าน RS232 หรือ USB และสามารถทำงานกับกลุ่มซอฟต์แวร์ third party อื่นๆได้ง่าย
