TopMap Pro.Surf (TMS-500)
The industrial 3D profiler for efficient quality control. Pro.Surf is a macro (large-area) optical profiler with telecentric optics, optimized for form and flatness inspection over wide fields of view, where microscopic systems reach their limits. It supports fast, non-contact inspection and sample positioning in a volume up to 200 × 200 × 70 mm. Key features include:
• Largest Field of View in Class: Pro.Surf offers a single-shot field of view up to 44.9 × 33.8 mm, enabling broader samples or multiple parts to be measured in one acquisition.
• True Stitching: Provides the highest precision when scanning wide-area samples because stitching merges tiles into one accurate dataset.
• Pattern Matching: Machine-vision routine that finds and registers parts against a template, so recipes hit the right locations even if parts are shifted or rotated. This reduces fixture costs and makes the measurement much easier. Ideal for trays and multi-sample runs.
• Smart Scanning Technology: Dynamic range that adapts to varying reflectivity or contrast so you can measure “almost any surface” from matte or dark to shiny.
