On February 18, 2026, the Survey Instruments Division was invited by the Department of Survey Engineering and Geographic Information, Faculty of Engineering at Kasetsart University (Bangkhen Campus, Bangkok) to conduct a lecture and demonstration. The session focused on the operation of the Trimble R980 GNSS Receiver paired with the Trimble TSC7 Controller.

Students were given the opportunity to perform hands-on RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) Surveying and utilize various features of the Trimble Access Software to manage field operations. Furthermore, the division demonstrated the use of the Trimble X9 3D Laser Scanner to capture additional spatial point data, an activity that generated immense interest among the students.
