Nikon Corporation (Nikon) is pleased to announce that the NEXIV VMF-K has received the “Red Dot Award: Product Design 2025” sponsored by Germany’s Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen. The NEXIV VMF-K Series is a high-performance video measuring system for automatically measuring dimensions of semiconductor and electronic components. By providing reliable automatic measurement, the NEXIV VMF-K offers substantial time savings, improved consistency, and quality assurance for industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, substrate production, wafer inspection, and probe card inspection.
The Red Dot Award is one of the most prestigious design competitions worldwide. Since 1955, it has recognized products that stand out for their exceptionally high design quality. Entries were submitted from over 60 countries and were carefully reviewed and discussed by the jurors.
